I just left Buona Sera where I had ordered very specifically “ravioli with a little butter, no oil” and what do I get when I open my dinner? Yup. Ravioli swimming in oil. Plus the man who took my card as payment did not actually say anything to me, such as “thank you,” “welcome”, “enjoy your dinner”… nothing. And after motioning me to insert my card into the payment receptacle, he walked away. So when my card payment was “approved” I stood there and had no option to receive a receipt. I waited a moment or two, and after no one even looked at me, instead of making a scene, I left. Came home, wrote this review, and vowed not to go back there. It’s a shame, common courtesy is not so common. And the food has never been all that good since they changed owners. One less customer for them. Me.
The food is very good my favorite is that they have so many gluten free options and they taste great, it's a rare combination. I have never gotten sick..I have recommended to many in celiac community. Yes sometimes the wait can be a little long. But it's worth it. Thanks
This place has gone down in the last 2 years they get orders wrong and deflect responsibility in addition they don’t appreciate your business. Do not waste your money.
Hadn't been here in a while since ownership changed several years back, and didn't even realize until the man behind the counter told me while I was waiting for my takeout order to be prepared. Got an entree, a salad, and a kids' meal. Garlic knots too. All very good quality and value. Would not hesitate to return.
Been eating here for years. Always good food and service. Love their combination dishes. Pizza is very good.
